Hello there, and thank you for taking the time to review this offer. I’m truly grateful to have the opportunity to make some great pictures for your property. I am a Scottish photographer, working internationally to capture food, interior and travel images for a host of commercial and editorial clients. Throughout my career, I’ve been lucky to have my images featured in magazines like Conde Nast Traveller, newspapers like The Wall Street Journal, and on television idents like Grand Designs.
In 2023, I am hoping to offer five FAM trip shoots to hotels and resorts that inspire me. These would be gratis shoots, with exactly the same output and attention to detail as a paid shoot and full usage rights, in return for a stay at your property. My hope is that these shoots add value to your image library, and help you tell a compelling story about your property that leads directly to commercial outcomes.
Alexander Baxter will spend a minimum of two shoot days capturing images to your brief, including interiors, lifestyle and F&B images. Alexander will be available to you in advance of the shoot days to discuss your needs, and make any preparations that might be needed to make the most of the shooting. These images will be processed and delivered to you within two weeks of the shoot date. Images shall be delivered in an online gallery as full-res JPEGs and web-res images. The total value of the shoot days and the post-processing is £3,500 GBP. You will also receive full world-wide usage rights in perpetuity. The value of these rights will range from £5,000 to £10,000. International travel is included in the offer.
In consideration of the above, Alexander Baxter would receive a complimentary stay at your property for five nights in addition to the shoot days. Any resulting images taken during these complimentary days (be that at your property or around the local area) would be offered to you for use.
The full image agreement will contain detailed provisions to protect the confidentiality of both parties. However, Alexander Baxter will ask that this offer is not communicated externally to other parties.
