Jackson Boxer's dining room at Selfridges is a gem. Perched high above the bustle below, it offers a calm, almost restorative place to savour Boxer's lush creations. The dishes are unctuous and indulgent — a celebration of ingredients.

We have been delighted to work with Jackson Boxer over a number of years, including at his joyfully eclectic dining room at brunswick house and his well-cherished kitchen at orasay, Notting Hill (pictured below).
